Services described

Pages on this site describe informational rates and scopes for trial-to-paid conversion analysis and related reviews. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee confirmation. Website content does not itself create a contract for professional work.

Intellectual property

Site content, including guides, method descriptions, and visual design, belongs to Service Sequoia Hub Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Findings packs delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client materials

You remain responsible for materials you supply for an analysis, including the accuracy of anonymised summaries and the right to share them. You must not send personal data that is unnecessary for the engagement.

Liability

Advice and recommendations are based on information available during the engagement and are intended to support your decisions. They do not guarantee a specific conversion rate or commercial outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Sequoia Hub Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on recommendations where scope limitations were disclosed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law.

Governing law
