About Service Sequoia Hub
We help subscription teams in the United Kingdom understand how free trials become paid relationships—through careful cohort work, plain-language findings, and recommendations that respect real product constraints.
Registered name and history
The official registered business name is Service Sequoia Hub Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in London, beginning with advisory work for product leaders who needed clearer explanations of trial performance than weekly chart reviews could provide.
Early engagements concentrated on education and field-service subscriptions around Greater London. Over time the practice specialised in application analytics for trial-to-paid conversion: activation definitions, paywall timing, and the operational questions that sit between product and finance.
Today we remain a compact London practice. Clients work directly with the analysts who write the findings, not a rotating account desk.
How we work with clients
Engagements favour joint working sessions over long monologues. We ask for anonymised trial and billing summaries, walk the onboarding path as a new trialist would, and keep recommendations tied to changes your team can schedule.
Evidence before slogans
Conversion advice starts from cohort stages and observed friction, not from fashionable trial lengths copied from another market.
Respect for constraints
Billing rules, school terms, and approval cycles shape what is possible. Findings name those boundaries instead of ignoring them.
Language people can brief
Packs are written so a product lead can share them with finance and support without translating jargon mid-meeting.
Where we work
Sessions run remotely across United Kingdom hours, with occasional in-person briefings in London when a wider stakeholder group needs to gather. Our office address is listed on the contact page and in the site footer.
